Empowering communities: CLM as a tool to address gaps in access and quality of health care in EECA countries

Since 2013, a career has been dedicated to healthcare, focusing on HIV service management and policy development in Ukraine. Reforms in public procurement for hepatitis treatments were contributed to via a role in the Ministry of Health's working group.

As Policy and Advocacy Director at CO "100 PERCENT LIFE", expertise in managing HIV, TB, and healthcare programs was refined, and partnerships with agencies and NGOs were strengthened.

Access to HIV and TB services in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan has been facilitated, and stigmatization of people living with HIV has been challenged.

Advancements in HIV/AIDS services have been driven by strategic leadership and advocacy. A commitment has been made to seek accessible, equitable healthcare for all, especially those affected by HIV/AIDS.
